Terms of Use – Grounded Connections

By joining or using Grounded Connections, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of the Community
Grounded Connections exists to support meaningful, real-life connection between women who love nature, slow living, and intentional friendship. Members are expected to engage with kindness, honesty, and respect.
2. Eligibility
You must identify as female and be 18 years or older to participate in this community. Grounded Connections is a space for all women — including transgender women and anyone who identifies as female.
By joining, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet both the age and gender requirements.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of your application responses
- Your conduct when interacting with other members
- Making informed decisions about participating in group meetups
We encourage you to communicate clearly, show up with care, and look after your own wellbeing.
4. Group Connections & Meetups
Our connection system is based on your location, interests, and preferences. We do not guarantee compatibility or safety and cannot verify every member. You are solely responsible for any interactions or meetups you participate in.
We recommend meeting in public places, letting someone know your plans, and following your instincts at all times.
5. Privacy & Data
By using Grounded Connections, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We respect your data and only use it to deliver this service.
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing us at hello@groundedconnections.co.uk.
6. Community Conduct
We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or exploitation of any kind. Anyone found violating these principles may be removed without warning.
7. Identity, Conduct & Reporting
Grounded Connections is a women-only platform. By joining, you confirm that you identify as female and will not misrepresent your age, gender, or identity in any way.
We are committed to creating a safe, wholesome and inclusive space — and that only works with your help. If any member makes you feel uncomfortable, or you experience or witness behaviour that feels inappropriate, unsafe, or not in alignment with the spirit of this community, please let us know as soon as possible.

8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the community grows. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email.
